We ship Off The Rails Clothing tees and hoodies fast, tracked, and fully insured. Every order is printed and packed at our US production facility before being handed off to USPS or UPS. Here's exactly what to expect after you check out.

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
Standard shipping (under $75): $4.99 flat rate.
Expedited shipping: $12.99 — 2–3 business days after fulfillment.
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from order date (production 2–4 days + transit 3–4 days).

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check status anytime through the order confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Processing Time

Because every shirt is printed to order, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your tracking number is generated. Orders placed Friday–Sunday begin processing the following Monday.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make it right. Reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll either resend or refund you, no hassle.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before fulfillment. Once a package ships, we can't reroute it.
