Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Off The Rails Clothing order. If something isn't right, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to send items back for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable). We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged outside of shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us via our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Follow the return process above and let us know what size/color you'd like instead. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items worn, washed, or visibly used
  • Gift cards

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
