Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because every shirt we sell is printed-on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or any non-defect reason. Please double-check your size using our size guide and review your design before placing an order.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To request a replacement or refund for a defective item:

  1. Contact us through the form on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (front of the shirt, the defect close-up, and the shipping label).
  3. We'll review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

We do not cover:

  • Wrong size selected at checkout
  • Wear and tear from washing or use
  • Items lost or damaged after delivery (please contact the carrier)
  • Customer-supplied designs that print exactly as submitted
